Inner C Gussets

Fits TJ, LJ, XJ, MJ, ZJ and TJ/LJ Rubicon 44

These heavy duty gussets are designed to take serious abuse and reinforce your front 30 or Rubicon 44 Inner C's. The 1/4" thick precision cut and formed components of this setup out perform the competition.
 
INSTALL NOTE: IT IS RECOMMENDED TO REMOVE THE UPPER BALL JOINT PRIOR TO WELDING THESE INNER C GUSSETS.

 

Features include:

  • 1/4" mild steel. Precision CNC cut and bent for great fitment.*
  • Laser etched part numbers for easy installation
  • Designed using CAD files directly from Chrysler for a precision fit in tight area around inner C.
  • Provides valuable reinforcement to an area prone to abuse and flex.
  • Clearanced for stock and aftermarket coil springs
  • Boxed structure offers more rigidity over single plate style gusset
  • Gussets both top and bottom of Inner C for a complete solution.

*Some grinding and fitment may be required when installing this kit. Every axle varies slightly and some fabrication may be required. Clearancing on the top gussets around the coil spring may be necessary depending on coil spring thickness.
