Power Driven Brass P7100 Bellcrank Bushing Set — 1st & 2nd Gen P-Pump Cummins
The OEM bellcrank bushings on P7100-equipped Cummins trucks are plastic — and they wear out. As they degrade, the bellcrank shaft develops wobble, throttle response becomes sloppy, and the worn movement puts direct stress on the throttle position sensor (TPS). A failed TPS on a P-pump truck means erratic fueling, limp mode, and an expensive sensor replacement that could have been avoided with a $40 bushing upgrade.
The Power Driven Brass Bellcrank Bushing Set replaces both OEM plastic bushings with precision-machined brass pieces that eliminate shaft wobble, protect the TPS, and restore crisp, direct throttle feel.
Kit Includes
- 2x brass bellcrank bushings (enough for 1 truck)
Why Brass?
- Eliminates shaft wobble — Tight tolerances restore the bellcrank to factory-spec movement with zero slop
- Protects the TPS sensor — Worn plastic bushings allow lateral movement that damages the TPS. Brass stops it.
- Outlasts plastic — Brass is significantly more durable than the OEM plastic under the heat and vibration of a diesel engine
- Restores throttle feel — Direct, precise pedal response with no mushiness or delay
Fits
- 1989–1998 Dodge Ram 5.9L 12v Cummins (1st Gen) with P7100 injection pump
- 1994–1998 Dodge Ram 5.9L 12v Cummins (2nd Gen) with P7100 injection pump
