The factory nozzles are swapped with a SAC type nozzle for its superior flow characteristics with the same spray pattern as factory. The nozzles are enlarged using inhouse micro EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) and abrasive flow honing technology to achieve a matched set that hydraulically flows within 1%. Each nozzle undergoes six separate quality control checks throughout the process before being installed back onto the injector. All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy. Every 250% over injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, balanced to +\/- 1%, and shipped with a detailed sheet.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eNote\u0026gt;The internal modification will increase the injector output throughout the entire range of the injector which will include the low points like pilot and idle.
