This is the extended upper radiator hose that is used in our 03-07 Dodge 5.9L Dual High Pressure Pump Kit. This custom radiator hose provides extra clearance for additional high pressure fuel pumps and other accessories that are mounted on the top/front of the engine. This can be used as a replacement or when fabricating custom dual pump setups.
