Full 3.5" MEGA pre and post intercooler intake system for Cummins 5.9L turbo diesel engines in 1994-1996 Dodge Ram pickup trucks.

This is NOT compatible with 1997-1998 12v vehicles with hydroboost.

The 3.5" Mega Intake System replaces all of the 3” factory pre and post intercooler plumbing and intake manifold with 3.5” mandrel bend tubing. It replaces all of the factory boots and clamps with heavy duty 5-ply silicone couplers and stainless t-bolt clamps. The manifold is fitted with a half inch thick CNC laser cut flange and a total of four 1/8” NPT ports to handle any combination of sensors and injectors. Like all Pusher intakes, this system is capable of being run with or without the heater grid.

This intake system comes with instructions, heavy duty 5-ply silicone couplers, stainless t-bolt clamps, a OEM gasket and hardware, and port plugs.

Additional options include various powder coat colors, and extra ports.
