The RCV Performance Ultimate 30 Spline 300M CV Axle Set Upgrade for Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series is the top of the line axle solution for the 80 Series platform. Manufactured in the USA using high-strength chromoly and 300M materials, this kit addresses the most common failure point on these vehicles — the factory axles are designed with 30 splines at the differential but neck down to a coarse 24 spline at the CV joint. This axle set upgrades the weak 24 spline CV to a 4340 30 spline race CV, eliminating the need to neck down the shaft. The kit then goes a step further by upgrading the inner axle shafts to 300M material, providing an even greater tolerance to stress for the most demanding applications.

Tests prove Ultimate CV Axles to be twice as strong as OEM shafts, and they are just as tough at a straight angle as they are at extreme angles where stock axles are most vulnerable. Even with big tires and big power there are no worries. Ultimate CV Axles are low maintenance and operate with a smoothness you can feel whether off-road or on the street.

The CV joints are designed with dual snap-ring grooves to accommodate both drive flanges and manual hubs. Some trimming may be required depending on the specific application.
