Bolt On Better Traction
The 1999-2004 Ford Mustang BBK Gripp Rear Control Arm Kit eliminates deflection for firmer launches and much improved handling characteristics. These control arms eliminate deflection in 2 ways. The strong boxed steel tubing is much less flexible than the bent sheet steel factory control arms and polyurethane bushings are a higher durometer (stiffer), which cuts down on bushing deflection. The addition of the BBK upper control arm helps further eliminate deflection, keeping the rear axle squared to the chassis for maximum handling performance.
Durable Construction
BBK New-Edge Mustang rear control arms (trailing arms) have many features, including precision robotic welding, baked on powder coating, polyurethane bushings and Zerc fittings for easy servicing.
Easy Installation
The BBK Gripp lower and upper control arms bolt in using your factory hardware. Most home mechanics with a basic set of tools can accomplish the swap in approx. 3-4 hours
