Aluminum Mock-Up Pucks for Welding Bushed DOM Joints

These aluminum mock-up pucks are designed to let you tack and weld your bushed DOM joints, tabs, and brackets without risking heat damage to polyurethane bushings. Sized to match the dimensions of standard poly bushings, they ensure accurate fitment while making the welding process easier and cleaner.

The pucks feature a 3/4" through-hole, allowing use with 9/16" or 1/2" ID bushed DOM sleeves, or directly with a 3/4" bolt. They are intentionally machined with a slightly loose fit to simplify assembly and disassembly during mock-up.
